Everything important at a glance
How often are tournaments hosted? +
We try to host tournaments daily.
New tournaments and announcements are always published through our X/Twitter account. There you can see which tournaments are planned and when registration starts.
Which tournaments do we host? +
We host different Warzone tournaments across Battle Royale, Customs and Multiplayer.
We also run scrims to help players prepare for bigger tournaments.
Our formats include, among others:
Battle Royale
- 2v2 Switch
- 2v2 Draft
- 2v2 Regular
Customs
- Trio Switch
- Trio Draft
- Trio Regular
Multiplayer
- Multiplayer Switch
- Multiplayer Regular
Depending on the tournament, additional or adjusted formats may be offered.
What is the difference between Switch, Draft and Regular? +
Our tournaments use different ways to create teams.
Switch
For a Switch tournament, players register individually.
Our own random-based system then automatically assigns all registered players into random teams.
That means the exact team composition is only known during the so-called spin.
Draft
In a Draft tournament, one player is randomly selected first.
That player can then choose their teammate, or their teammates in trio formats.
After that, the next player is drawn and the process repeats until all teams are complete.
Regular
In a Regular tournament, you register directly as a complete team.
Depending on the tournament, a ranking cap may apply, or the tournament may be played without a cap.
What is a cap? +
A cap limits the maximum allowed total ranking points of a team.
A player's value is based on their current BlueVillage ranking.
Example:
With a Cap 31, three players together may have a maximum total ranking value of 31.
One possible combination would be:
- Player 1: Rank 10
- Player 2: Rank 10
- Player 3: Rank 11
Total: 31
Other combinations are also possible.
The only important thing is that the given cap is not exceeded.
How do our tournaments work? +
Our tournaments are first announced on X/Twitter.
Under the tournament post, you can request participation with the required comment, for example "Form/Spot".
If we confirm your participation, we will send you the link or required form by DM.
The form must be fully completed and submitted together with the required entry.
Shortly before the tournament starts, the host's livestream is also published.
You can join there and watch the spins or team draw live.
Once the teams and, if needed, the bracket are set, you can join your assigned team setup on our Discord.
After that, the tournament begins.
Where can I find the rules for a tournament? +
The rules for each tournament are published on our Discord.
Please read the rules completely before the tournament starts, because individual rules can differ depending on the tournament format.
